Ten tips to cure dark lips.

  1. Gently exfoliate your lips with toothbrush every night after you brush your teeth. This will help you to erase dead skins from your lips to give a fresh glow. However, do not forget to use Vaseline or balm on your lips after cleaning them. This will also help you to cure lip cracks.
  2. You may use lemon juice with almond oil every night on your lips to regain the lost glow. If you cannot arrange almond oil, use glycerin with lemon juice. It is a natural but time consuming process to cure dark lips. If you must need to use lipstick, use a branded one and do not use it when the date has expired.
  3. Before using any lipstick do a patch test by applying it on your arm. Do not use that lipstick if there is any sort of irritation or other discomfort.
  4. If you are open in sun for long, use UV protectors on your lipsticks (you may get some lipsticks with sun-block elements in big showrooms).
  5. Always remove the lipsticks every night before going to sleep.
  6. If you want to use some artificial elements like Copper Bromide to reduce darkness in your lips, consult a doctor.
  7. You can also use a solution of Cocoa Butter, Avocado and Peanut Oil along with Cucumber, Mulberry and Bearberry Extract to get the best result.
  8. Never use lip creams or balms that have hydroquinone or other harmful chemicals to reduce dark spots or stains from your lips. Always use creams and balms made with natural ingredients like Fresh Up to cure dark lips.
  9. Eat plenty of vegetable, fruit and water -- there is no alternative to them.
